This charming cottage is situated in the peaceful surroundings of the owner’s farm where high in the hills above Loch Ness; you have access to the purity of the farms premier produce – Fionnar Natural Mineral Water.  This first floor apartment has stunning views over Glen Urquhart and proves to be an excellent base for anyone wishing to explore  the Highlands with Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle a mere 4 miles drive. Dogs welcome.

A three mile drive or 10 minute walk down a path to the village, Drumnadrochit offers a choice of several excellent restaurants, local pubs, supermarkets and gift shops.

There’s ample parking, a private BBQ and outdoor seating area for you to take in as much of the scenery as possible throughout your stay.

Ground Floor: open plan entrance hall / dining area; utility room and WC with wash hand basin. There stairs are steep and so not suitable for disabled or infirm.

They take you to:
First Floor: The cottage has been designed to maximize on the amazing views and so upstairs you have an open plan kitchen living room, bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin. 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms –2 doubles and 1 twin all with lovely views of the garden and Glen Affric.
Oscars Bothy is adjacent and offers accommodation for a further 2 people. A cosy, self contained ground floor bedsit that’s beautifully furnished and oozing charm. It has a super king double bed plus a sofa bed if required.

Stables Cottage Facilities:
Electric hob and oven, microwave, dish-washer, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle. Colour TV, DVD, and Radio/CD player. Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed Linen and towels included. Large area with garden furniture, BBQ and ample parking.

No smoking in the property.

We ask that you are vacated by 10am so as property will be ready from new guests arriving at 4pm Saturday to Saturday however short breaks are available.
